New Walk Editions grew out of New Walk magazine, which ran from 2010 to 2017. The magazines are big and beautiful, with excellent production values, serious and entertaining critical pieces, and some of the finest new poetry in the English language. Across fourteen issues, we published new work by many writers, new and established, including John Ashbery, Alice Oswald, J. M. Coetzee, Medbh McGuckian, Tom Pickard, Sujata Bhatt, Mark Ford, Christopher Reid, Michael Hofmann, and Sinéad Morrissey, as well as artwork, features, and reviews. They are now collectors’ items. All issues below are still available, unless marked otherwise – and (unlike our more recent publications) when they sell out, they will not be reprinted.
